SKINCARE PRODUCT SALES CONSULTANTS
- Contribute to the sales target of the Retail Location, able to meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Customer Profiling: discovering customer’s needs with probing questions, e.g. inquires about the customer’s interest, motivates the customer’s interest by offering a product demonstration or reinforces the customer’s selections by reviewing the use and benefits of the products chosen.
- Product Demonstration: describing the results and benefits to the customer.
- Responsible for engaging and assisting customers anywhere within the Retail Location, build and maintain relationships.
- Serve as the sales and product expert in the Retail Location.
- Execute product merchandising and operational functions to company standards. Assist with price changes, transfers and other paperwork as directed by Supervisor.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of testers, tidiness of the product displays and all fixtures in the designated areas of the Retail Location.
- High-energy individuals who are passionate about health and beauty products
- Strong persuasive selling skills and customer service skills
- Pleasant personality with presentable appearance
- Good communication/interpersonal skills, able to articulate product features, benefits and promotions effectively and work in a team environment
- Driven, results oriented with self-motivation
- Bilingual, able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
- Beauty/skincare product sales experience is preferred but not necessary
- Full Time or Part Time
- Singaporean, PRs or Malaysians, students are welcome
- Basic salary + sales commissions
- Extensive product and sales training (internal and external)
